TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are an agreement between Crossfade Productions and the client.
This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the graphic design services provided by Crossfade Productions and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

1. Scope of Services
Design Services: The Company agrees to provide graphic design services as outlined in the project proposal or as agreed upon in writing between the parties.

Client Responsibilities: The Client shall provide clear and timely feedback, necessary materials, and approvals to facilitate the timely completion of the project.

2. Payment Terms
Fees: The Client shall pay the Company the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the project proposal or as agreed upon in writing.
Payment to be taken upfront for work under the value of £200, 50% deposit for work up to £500.

Payment Schedules: Scheduled payments are available for higher value work.
Payments shall be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal.

Late Payments: In the event of late payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend work until payment is received or
terminate the Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client shall own the final deliverables of the project with Crossfade retaining the right to share the work in their portfolio. Until full payment is received, all designs remain the intellectual property of the Company.

Usage Rights: The Client is granted exclusive, perpetual usage rights to the final deliverables for any purpose related to the Client's business.

4. Revisions and Modifications
Revisions: The Company provides 3 minor revisions as outlined in the project proposal. These revisions are at the designers discretion, if the designer deems them to be too far from the original scope of the project then they may be subject to additional fees.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the project. The client may request that the final products will not be shared by Crossfade until the client gives the go ahead.

6. Refunds
The majority of work provided by Crossfade cannot be refunded. If the design work is incomplete at the time of the requested refund then the client may claim a partial refund for the remaining incomplete work. Completed works will not be refunded but all rights of the final product remain with the client. If a refund is requested before work is started then the client is eligible for a full refund.

Exceptions: If the work delivered by Crossfade is vastly different from the brief provided by the client they may be eligible for a refund.

7. Timescale
The work will be delivered by Crossfade in a timely manner as outlined by the designer to the client (ie: 3-5 days). If any delays are encountered the designer must communicate and get consent from the client, in failure of doing this the client is entitled to a refund.

8. Collaborations
If Crossfade is collaborating on work with a client or fellow design team the works provided must not be subject to copyright.
